Daniel "DJ" Southwick

Daniel "DJ" Southwick, 24, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, in Idaho Falls. He was born on February 22, 1990, in Idaho Falls, to Jeff Southwick and Cathy Siepker Simmons. He graduated from Lincoln High School. He married Ashley Hansen Southwick on July 29, 2013. He dedicated his whole life to his wife and daughter. He was a loving husband, son, best friend and wonderful Daddy. Survivors include his wife, Ashley Southwick of Idaho Falls; his daughter, Madyson Southwick of Idaho Falls; father, Jeff Southwick of Idaho Falls; mother, Cathy Simmons of Idaho Falls; Step-mother, Debbie Julius of Idaho Falls; three brothers, Justin Southwick, Weslee Southwick, and Christopher Lawless, all of Idaho Falls; and one sister Shannon Lawless of Idaho Falls. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 20, 2014, at Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th Street in Idaho Falls, with Pastor Larry Cudmore, officiating.
