Angelina Falasco

July 21, 1919 — November 22, 2012

Angelina Falasco, 93 of Idaho Falls died Thursday, November 22, 2012, at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. She was born on July 21, 1919, in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Rocco and Geraldinea Lagaurdia LoSasso. She spent her early life working in the family greenhouse for their carnation wholesale business. Angelina married Fred Falasco in Denver, CO. He preceded her in death in 1988. She was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Idaho Falls. She enjoyed quilting and sewing. Angelina was known as a sweet gentle spirit, who thought kindly of everyone. Survivors include three sons, Ben (Hilary) Ascani of Scottsdale, Arizona, Ken R. (Jonnalee) Falasco of Manhattan Beach, California, and Dennis P. (Becky) Falasco of Idaho Falls; four grandsons, Dennis K. (Dina) Falasco of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Joey (Sarah) Falasco of Little Rock, Arkansas, Ken P. (Heather) Falasco of San Diego, California, and Jason Falasco of Salt Lake City, Utah; five great grandchildren, Cason, Kylee, Camdyn, Keaton Falasco of Weatherford, Oklahoma, and Aislin Elle Falasco of Little Rock, Arkansas. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial services will be held at10:00 a.m. Monday, November 26, 2012, at the First Presbyterian Church, 325 Elm Street in Idaho Falls, with her son The Reverend Dr. Dennis Falasco, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home in Idaho Falls. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church "Steps" Project.
