Art Thompson longtime resident of Idaho Falls Idaho passed away at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center Sunday January 15, 2017 he was 45. Born and
raised in Idaho Falls Idaho to Carmen Rios and Robert Thompson in 1971. He attended School at Idaho Falls High School. Even though he Enjoyed
riding a Harley and driving trucks he was always proud to be considered a "Mamma's boy ", spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and camping was a
must. Never turning down a barbeque and cold beer. He loved spending quality time with his family and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Arturo is survived by his sons, Joel Vasquez, AJ Thompson, Alejandro Arturo Thompson, Arturo R. Thompson Jr., Alexa Thompson, and stepdaughter
Suzanne Taylor, his mother Carmen Rios of Idaho Falls, ID. his sisters, Camilia Castaneda (Hilarion) of Victor, ID., and Mashai Martinez (Brandi) also of Rigby, Nerissa(Chase) Rinas of Idaho Falls, ID., Samantha Thompson of Idaho Falls, ID. a brother Ephraim Thompson of Idaho Falls, ID.
He is preceded in death by, Arturo Rios, Lydia Garcia, Arabelia Arroyos, Pedro Rios Sr., Armando Rios, Pedro Rios Jr., Robert Thompson, and John Torrez.
A celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Buck Miller Hann Funeral Home 825 E. 17th St. Idaho Falls, ID.
In Honor of Art's love for the Dallas Cowboys the family would like to request all who attend to wear blue and silver to the services.
