BETTY LOU PARKER
Idaho Falls - Betty Lou Parker, 74, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2013 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. She was born on May 13, 1938 in Rexburg, Idaho to Dan and Virginia Stratton Collier. She was born in the house that her mother and grandmother built. She had two children, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She lived in Idaho and California when she was young. She also lived in Hutchinson, Kansas, Woodward, Oklahoma, and Vernal, Utah. She loved to cook, grow flowers and fish. She was quiet, determined and enduring. She loved her Bennie, her children, grandchildren and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Bennie L. Parker of Rexburg, Idaho; one son, Charles Snyder of Rigby; one daughter, Katherine Langley of Ammon; four granddaughters, Desiree Jessen of Ammon, Aubree Snyder of Vernal, Utah, Maggie and Katie Glazier both of Idaho Falls; two grandsons, Matthew Smith and Andrew Glazier both of Ammon; and four great grandchildren, Samantha Clousing, Jett Smith, Disney-Gin Fullmer and Kenley Jessen. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the Langley Family Home, 3335 Owen Street, Ammon, Idaho. Online condolences may be left at www.buckmillerhann.com.
