Brian Preston Hall was born May 30, 1935 in Port Lincoln, South Australia. He grew up living within a few feet of the beach and learned to swim in the ocean at a very early age. When he was 19 years old he married Ellen Williams. They had five children, Vicky, Tracy, Tina, Deb and Wayne. They all still live in Australia. In 1999 he came to the United States and in 2000 he married C. Jolene Eddy in Idaho Falls. He opened Aussie Eats in 2003 that served Australian food and introduced Idahoans to a different type of food. His fish and chips were very well known. In 2008 he retired so he and Jolene could do some traveling. He was in the Australian Army for 13 years with degrees in Optical, Electrical and Mechanical engineering. He also worked for the Australian government as a scientific instrument maker for several years He is preceded in death by his parents, Len and Jean Hall and brother, Geoffrey Hall. He is survived by his brother, Ian (Judy) Hall, of Glass house, Queensland, Australia, his five children, still living all across Australia, his wife Jolene, his step children, Melissa (Craig) Sherry and David (Kelli) Eddy, 21 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. We want to thank Hands of Hope Hospice and Turtle and Crane for the compassionate care he was given.
