Cloy Ann Munroe Wilde

May 28, 1931 — April 11, 2024

Cloy Ann Munroe Wilde, 92, of Roberts, Idaho, passed away April 11, 2024 in Rigby, Idaho with family by her side.

She was born May 28, 1931 to William Raymond Munroe and Arba Veronia Parker Munroe. She was born in Roberts and attended school in Rigby. At the end of World War 2 at the age of 15 Cloy met and married Avon Ray Wilde on March 3, 1947.

Throughout their life together they shared many adventures but remained in Roberts where they raised 4 wonderful children. Cloy worked alongside of her husband on the farm when she could but dedicated her life to being an amazing wife and mother. Cloy loved fishing, gardening, quilting, painting, cooking, and riverside picnics with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Lloyd Anderson, Marvin Anderson, Donald Anderson, and sister Beverly Coles. Her loving husband of 76 years Avon Ray Wilde, her sons, Ronald Ray Wilde, and Rodney Calvin Wilde and 2 grandchildren, Lori Ann Ostermiller & Chad Lamond Wise. Cloy is survived by 2 daughters, Marie Ward, and Maxine Iwen and her husband Richard, 16 Grandchildren, 44 Great Grandchildren, and 55 Great-Great Grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 4, 2024 at 11 AM at the Roberts Community Church in Roberts, Idaho followed by visitation with the family. Burial will follow at 12:30 PM at the Market Lake Cemetery, Roberts, Idaho.
