Darrell Junior Lamb

Darrell was born on July 25, 1953 in Pocatello, Idaho to Junior Earl and Sandra K. Brower Lamb. He spent his early years in Idaho Falls and attended various schools in the Idaho Falls area, eventually attending high school at Bonneville High School. He worked in the construction industry for over 40 years, spending most of that time with HK Contractors and Burns Concrete. Darrell loved being in the outdoors any way he could, if he was camping, fishing or hunting he was happy. He was also an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed spending time with two of the most important people in the world to him, who he called "the light of his life", his grandchildren Brendan and Jazmynn Lamb. He will be missed dearly by his family and numerous friends. Darrell is survived by his wife of 30 years, Karen of Idaho Falls; his children Jared (Misty) Lamb, Stacy Lamb, and Alexis Fehringer; Brothers John (Sue) Lamb, Steve (Roxane) Lamb, Val (Katie) Lamb, and Brian (Daynelle) Todd; grandchildren Brendan and Jazmynn Lamb; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Junior and Sandra Lamb, infant sister Anna Kay, and his grandparents Walter Brower, Louise Brower, Earl Lamb, and Mary Lamb. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday February 13, 2012 at Buck Miller Hann Funeral Home 825 E. 17th Street Idaho Falls. Memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Christian Ministries in Idaho Falls, Idaho.Darrell Junior Lamb, 58 of Idaho Falls passed away Tuesday February 7, 2012 at his Idaho Falls home.
