Eileen Catherman

Eileen Joyce Catherman resident of Idaho Falls passed away Monday February 26, 2018. She was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Emil and Amelia Guderjohn, in 1930.
She was a graduate of Idaho Falls High School, and later attended the U of I in Moscow, Idaho. After Graduation, she met Edward Bybee of Parma, Idaho. They were married and together they had two children. They later divorced. Eileen later met Ike Catherman. They were married for 44 years until his passing in 2016.
Eileen had a love for gardening, nature and floral design. She spent many years as a florist in Washington and in Idaho Falls.
She had a love for her church and donated much of her time and talents to her church until her health made it so she was unable to volunteer. She had a great heart, was a friend to everyone, she also had wonderful sense of humor.
She is preceded in death: by her husband Ike Catherman, her brothers Carl Guderjohn and Paul Guderjohn, her two sons David Bybee, and Jesse Mayne, and her grandson Shayne Albertson.
Eileen is survived by her wonderful family and friends, her daughter Diane (Dan) Albertson of Idaho Falls, Ron Catherman of Challis, Chuck Catherman of Boise, Rayah Rideout of Boise, Gus Catherman of Boise, Jolynn Catherman of Boise, and Kelli Larson of Boise.
A memorial service will be held in Eileen's honor at Buck Miller Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th St. Idaho Falls, Idaho, Tuesday March 6, 2018 at 11:00 am. The family will receive guests at 10:00 am Tuesday before the service.
