Gary Robert Barnes

Gary R. Barnes, 64 of Idaho Falls, passed away at his home. He was born on April 23, 1952 in Idaho Falls to Weston and Lucille (Messenger) Barnes. He graduated from Idaho Falls High School and then enlisted in the US Army and served for five years in Vietnam and in Europe. After his discharge he worked construction for different contractors around the area. He was married to Cindy Emery and they had a son Weston and they later divorced. He loved fishing and Tom Petty music.
Gary is survived by his son Weston and wife Katarina and their daughter Kloe Barnes of Idaho Falls and a sister Lois Cutler of Idaho Falls. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Tammy Rae Messenger.
