J.Howard Stroebel, 81, of Payette passed away Jan. 9, 2020 at a local care facility. Howard was born June 19, 1938 in Mt. Vernon, WA to John Reynold and Dee Amelia (Spahr) Stroebel.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Christian Life Fellowship in Ontario. Cremation is under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette.
