Jason "Bubba" Lamar Roberts passed away on December 26, 2013 in his home in Payette at the age of 34.
Services will be held Tuesday December 31, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the LDS Church 501 S Iowa Ave. Payette, Idaho. Graveside services are to follow at Riverside Cemetery. Bishop Brent King will conduct. Condolences may be made to Jason's family at www.shaffer-jensenchapel.com.
Services are under the direction of Shaffer Jensen Funeral Home, Payette.
Jason was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina on December 19, 1979. He spent much of his life in Payette, Idaho where many came to know him as a fun, loving son, brother, and friend. Jason is a graduate of Payette High School in the class of '98. He spent the remainder of his life as an employee of Western Idaho Training Company. Jason touched many lives with his kind personality, warm smile, and a hug for everyone. He found great joy in the simple things of life, which often included his family and friends.
He is survived by his parents Doneal Roberts, Reba Roberts, and Kathy Culp; his siblings Jon, Chrystal, Jerry, Tonya, Jace, Vanessa, Kento, and Troy; and 6 nieces and 1 nephew.
