A sweet spirit left us to begin her new journey on June 22, 2016. She was born to Henry H and Claire (Cornia) Clifford on March 16, 1943 In Idaho Falls, the youngest of four siblings. She grew up in Idaho Falls where she met and married Dave Stults in November 1960. From this union they were blessed with two boys, James David Stults II and Clifford Allen Stults. Dave was in the Navy so they lived many places in the United States and Hawaii. She graduated high school in Louisville, Kentucky in 1966. Dave and Jayne were divorced in January, 1977 and remained friends. She lived with her longtime companion Bob Lanflist and cared for him until his passing in 2006. She moved back home in 2007 to be near family. In 2010 because of health issues, she moved in with her brother Joe Clifford and his family. It was while living with her brother that she met her final love, a skinny wild black cat with an attitude, who she named Bart. She spent many an hour with her cat and he gave much comfort as only pets can do. Even when she was ill and unable to take care of him it was always a priority for her to know he would be cared for. She was a loving and giving soul who never met a book she didn't like. She gave generously of her talents to create beautifully handcrafted Afghans, baby blankets, dish clothes and baby hats. She loved to gift these things to her friends and donated many of these things to local fund raisers. She loved animals and spent time house sitting to care for pets. She made friends with strangers and she will be deeply missed. She is survived by her sons James David Stults and Clifford Allen (Lisa) Stults and a granddaughter, Macie Stults, her good friend Dave Stults, her brother Joe (Judy) Clifford, nieces and nephews and extended family and of course, Bart the cat. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Margo (Dee) Stephensen, Marianne (Les) Corcoran.
