Jeannie Lynn Long

Jeannie Lynn Long, 37, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013 in Camp Casey, South Korea. She is the daughter of step-father, James and mother, Debara Palmer Morris. Jeannie was born in Yuba City, California on March 16, 1976 to Elvin D. Langley and Debara Palmer Langley Morris. She received her education in Ennis, Montana, Albany, Oregon, Murfreesboro, Arkansas, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Idaho Falls and obtained her GED in Albany, Oregon. She married Staff Sergeant, Montie R. Long April 8, 2006 in Elko, Nevada. She was a devoted Army wife, a wonderful mother and an excellent homemaker. She was a Southern Baptist and a firm believer in the Atonement of Jesus Christ. Her hobbies were arts and crafts, cooking and beading. Her greatest joy was caring for her husband and playing with her children. She loved to travel with her family. Jeannie was very loving and giving and she had a very sensitive soul. She will be missed by her family, friends and all that She is survived by her husband, Montie; four children, Euphoria Danille Gorczynski, Caleb Justin Nix, Samantha Grace Long, Aaron Jacob Long, all of Idaho Falls; her mother and step-father , Debara and James Morris; four brothers, Daniel Langley of Albany, Oregon, Russel Morris of Jefferson, Oregon, Jim and John Morris of Salem, Oregon; grandparents, Thomas and Diane Palmer of Ammon, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her father, Elvin Danny Langley; sister, Christine Hart; grandparents, Marjorie G. and Robert Frost. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 25, 2013, at the Ucon Stake Center, 2967 E. 105 N. in Idaho Falls, with Bishop Michael Gifford, officiating. A viewing for family and friends will be held at Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th Street in Idaho Falls, on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and at the church one hour prior to the services on Thursday.Jeannie Lynn Long
