John Randall (Randy) Schaller, 52, of Idaho Falls, peacefully passed away at his home, just after midnight on September 27, 2012. His life's journey began in West Covina, CA, moved on to Marin County just north of San Francisco, CA, to Reno, NV and in 1994, to Pocatello. He moved to Idaho Falls in August 2005. Randy worked in the medical sales profession, and owned and operated Mountain Medical, Inc. He loved animals, enjoyed camping, boating, water skiing, and guns. Palisades Reservoir was a particularly favorite relaxation area for him and his family.
He is survived by his wife, Kastli (Beck), four children, Kristin of Jackson, MI, Kevin of Kalamazoo, MI, and Erika and Hollie of Idaho Falls, and a grandson Skyler of Jackson, MI. He is also survived by his parents, Edie and John Schaller of Pocatello, a sister, Julie, and brother-in-law, Roger, and three nephews in Pocatello, his in-laws Marva and Al Beesley of Idaho Falls, and many extended family members.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 5, 2012, his home church, Calvary Chapel, 4250 S. 25th E. of Idaho Falls, with Pastor Rick Brown, officiating. His friends and family members are cordially invited to attend. Arrangements are under the direction of Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home in Idaho Falls.
Randy, we will always carry the memory of you, your sense of humor, and your enthusiasm, in our hearts. You were far too young to be taken from us, but we look forward to being reunited with you one day, in heaven.
