Judith Elaine Laccoarce

Judith Elaine "Judy" Laccoarce, 72, of New Plymouth, peacefully departed this life on Sunday, April 14, 2013 with her beloved husband, family, and friends by her side. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, New Plymouth. Condolences may be made to Judy's family at www.shaffer-jensenchapel.com. Judy was born to Frank A. and Lily Sather in San Francisco, CA, in the year 1940. Judy and her beloved husband, Paul Laccoarce, had many successful business endeavors throughout their life time together. Judy will be most remembered for her love and dedication to family and her passions for reading, gardening, sewing, and quilting. Judy also loved meeting and serving the people of New Plymouth where she was employed as a part time librarian. Judy is survived by her best friend and husband, James "Paul" Laccoarce of New Plymouth; daughters, Elaine and husband Jim Pomeroy of Papillion, NE, Rene Laccoarce of Moses Lake, WA, Jeanine and husband Mike Boudreaux of New Plymouth, Noelle Laccoarce of Boise; and son Andrew Quinting of Wellman, IA; her grandchildren, Diedrah Racine, Shawna and Jessica Murphy, Justin Pomeroy, Justin Marrugi, Shelby and Brice Boudreaux, Christopher and Valerie Jenkins, Cari and Jimmie Riggs, and Mary Espino; as well as great grandchildren, Kaly, Sam, Echo, Sapphire, and Jashawn. She is also survived by lifelong friends sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Laurette (Judy's best friend) and Jim Frasnelly and family; her sister, Susan and husband Gerald McDonald; brother-in-law Wayne and wife Ellen Laccoarce. Judy was preceded in death by her beloved father, Frank and mother, Lily. Celebration of life to be held in May 2013. Memorials may be made to Judy's family, c/o Jeanine Boudreaux, P.O.
