Judy Lorene Mae Palmer Myers

Judy Lorene Mae Myers, 76, of Payette, passed away Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 21st at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Payette Second Ward. Services and cremation are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Condolences may be made to Judy's family at www.shaffer-jensenchapel.com. Judy was born Dec. 13, 1936 in Custer, South Dakota to Earl and Verle (West) Palmer. Judy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She married Bill Myers on April 10, 1988 and their marriage was sealed on June 1, 1991 in the Boise Temple. Judy and Bill served as Stake Spanish Missionaries in Fruitland. She served in many various callings in the church. Judy was a very loving and caring person. She was always doing things for other people. She took in stray animals and nursed them back to health. She enjoyed working in her yard and going camping with her daughter Susan as well as going for walks with her good friend Terri. She will be truly missed. She is survived by her husband, Bill Myers of Payette; her son, Melvin Bush (Luetta) of Springville, UT; one sister, Bertha Carter of Sandy, UT; three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Judy is preceded in death by her parents, three children, and four brothers. In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Judy's memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, c/o Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, P.O. Box 730, Payette, ID 83661.
