Larry Lyle Davis

Larry Lyle Davis, 72, of Idaho Falls passed away Tuesday November 22, 2011, in his home following complications from a fall. He was a devoted husband and loving father to his two daughters.
He was born January 26, 1939 in Brainerd, MN, where he resided until graduating from high school. He continued his education at Northwest Nazarene College in Nampa, Idaho, where he graduated and then attended graduate school at the University of Idaho. He worked at INEL in the 60's and then started his own business Measurements Inc., after selling his business he returned to INEL retiring in 2003.
He was a devoted member of the First Church of the Nazarene and led the music for many years. He served the church in many ways sharing the talents that God gave him.
He is survived by his wife, Valeda , daughters Bethany (Monte) Cyr of Miami, FL, Lisa (Tracy) Warren of Idaho Falls. Six Grandchildren; Robert, Amy, Bryan, Nkele Cyr ,Darian and Dallas Warren, his mother Ellen Davis, sisters Jan Lee and Nancy (Lauren) Anderson of MN, brother Kelly (Sandra) Davis of Idaho.
He was preceded in Death by his father Lyle Davis of Brainerd, MN.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday November 26, 2011, at the Church of the Nazarene, 1900 West Grandview, in Idaho Falls with Pastor Bob Sherwood, officiating. A viewing for family and friends will be held Friday November 25, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m at Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th Street, Idaho Falls, and Saturday for one hour prior to services at the church.
