Leroy Delance Crist

LeRoy Delance Crist, 78 of Jerome died Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center.
LeRoy was born on November 7, 1932 at Harper, Kansas the son of James Patterson and Stella May Thomas Crist. As a young child, LeRoy moved with his family to Idaho where he attended Twin Falls schools. He married Beverly Bunn on October 22, 1949 at Elko, Nevada. They had three sons and one daughter; Kenny, Fred, Terry and Stella. LeRoy served as a Twin Falls Police Officer for several years. He later went to work for Nu Life Restoration. He moved to Renton, Washington where he started his own business, Best Way Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners. He returned to Hagerman, Idaho where he started a paint contracting business which later became Crist and Sons Construction, Inc.
LeRoy was an avid outdoorsman, loving to fish and ride horses.
LeRoy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son; Fred James Crist, brother; Keith Crist and his sister; Clara Dains
LeRoy is survived by his two sons and their wife's; Kenny and Ronda Crist of Hagerman, Idaho and Terry and Rhonda Crist of Rupert, Idaho. A daughter and son in law; Stella and Jesse Parker of Tonasket, Washington. Eleven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Two sisters; Retha (Larrey) Anderson and Shirley Murray all of Twin Falls. His ex-wife; Judy Crist and her family of Wendell, Idaho.
