Lolita "Lita" Clay Jones, 67 of Idaho Falls, passed away on Monday, January 25, 2016 at her home. She was born on January 31, 1948 in Idaho Falls, ID to William and Bonnie (Hammer) Clay and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. She married Robert "Bob" Jones on February 25, 1967 and they moved around the world during his Air Force career and eventually settled in Idaho Falls in 1985. Lita was an active and longtime member of the Idaho Falls Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She loved the outdoors and loved doing artwork and crocheting doilies.
Lita is survived by her husband Bob; sons: Robert S. Jones (Jennifer) and Blake Jones (Amy), both of Idaho Falls; grandchildren: Cara, Derek, Blair, Hunter, Gavin, Conner and Samantha; great-grandchildren: Kiera, Jacob and Alex; her mother Bonnie Ashment; sisters: Sherrie Long (Paul), Janet Farnes (Jeff), Sandra Board (Floyd); and brother Gary Clay. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Brad, Rodney and Bruce Clay.
