Margaret Ann Shaul, 86, of New Plymouth, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2014 at a care facility in Middleton. Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, New Plymouth. Margaret was born in Macon, MO on Aug. 9, 1927 to Henry and Viola Bell (Sutton) Allen of Callao, MO; she was the ninth of nine children (seven girls and two boys). She married Homer Roy Edwards on Dec. 19, 1957 and to this union one son was born, Roger. Homer passed away Aug. 8, 1964. Margaret then married Harold Mace on Aug. 8, 1967. Harold passed away a few years later. On April 13, 1981 Margaret married Alvin M. Shaul. Alvin passed away Nov. 18, 2003. She was dedicated to her husband Alvin and sacrificed a lot to take care of him the last years before he died. She remained in Idaho the last years of her life and considered Alvin's children to be her own. Margaret is survived by one son, Roger Edwards of Macon, MO; four step children, Lynda Matthews of Pollock, ID, Melvyn Shaul of Riggins, ID, Daryl Shaul of Nampa, ID and Nancy Lawrence of Bullhead City, AZ; two sisters, Lillian Buster and Hazel Kanaly both of Illinois; two nieces, Connie Othic of Holt, MO and Glenda Brown of Callao, MO.
