Mary Ellen Robinson, 87, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at her home in Idaho Falls, due to health issues and dimentia. She was born on October 8, 1927, in Archer, Idaho, to John Albert and Mary Jane Martin. She married Howard Stanley Robinson on March 28, 1946. Mary was a telephone operator while living in Walla Walla, Washington. While living in Rexburg, she worked in dry cleaners as well as potato warehouse. During the Teton Dam Flood disaster she lost all of her belongings. In 1976 she moved to Idaho Falls and continued working in potato warehouses, dry cleaners, and EITC. Survivors include her sons, Ronald Robinson and Steve Robinson; grandkids, Tina Salois, John Robinson, Randy Robinson, Zachary Robinson; great grandkids, Kaydence Robinson, Stetson Robinson, Conrad Bingham, Zeejay Boudreau, Ameria Salois, Terrian Salois, Neveah Robinson, and Ranezmay Robinson; and her sister, Stella Elliot. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Martin; sisters, Linda Martin, Reva Simons, Eva Hansen, and Beverly Floyd; brothers, Lewis Martin and Ervin Martin; great grandson, Roland Shoemaker; and her husband, Howard Stanley Robinson. A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2015, at the Rexburg Cemetery, W. Moran View Road in Rexburg. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th Street in Idaho Falls.
