We Will Miss Him

Michael H Thompson passed peacefully on February 1, 2025 at his home in Idaho Falls, Idaho at the age of 69.

Born in Miles City and lived most of his life in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

He loved riding his Harley, camping, fishing and spending time with his family. He always had some type of project in the works some times five or six at a time. 

Michael worked as a building superintendent for a company in Idaho and also drove truck.

He was married for 35 years to the love of his life Cindi. If he was your friend there was nothing he wouldn't do for you. 

He loved spending his retirement, summers up at Island Park driving his side by side with MyKa as his copilot and sitting on his deck. 

Michael was proceeded in death by both parents, his only sister Linda, and son Patrick.

Michael is survived by his loving wife Cindi, three children: Heather (Matt) Smith, Melody (Gilbert) Shaw, and George (Alisa) Messenger, as well as six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later time.
