Nancy Kay Starks Feldner

Nancy Kay (Starks) Feldner, 64, of Ontario, lost her battle to Alzheimer's on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, March 2nd at Riverside Cemetery, Payette. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m., at Orgins Faith Community, 490 East Lane, Ontario. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Nancy was born on July 11, 1947 in Wendell, ID. Nancy was a hairdresser for 30 years, and prior to her illness she and husband Mark owned the Silk Outlet. She enjoyed working and being involved with the community. Nancy was a very creative painter, photographer, and designer. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She will be greatly missed. Nancy is survived by husband Mark Feldner; daughter Trish Robinson (Don), son Travis Feldner (Wendy), daughter-in-law Sharry Feldner-Little (Bob); sisters Patty Brust (Joe), Carol Starks (Terry Shepro), Paula Parker (Mike), Pam Ellison (Jack Fox), and sister-in-law Colleen Booth (Ken); 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by son Wade Feldner, brother Rod Starks, parents Harry and Vera Starks, in-laws Lloyd and Ellen Feldner, niece Becky Starks Trent, and nephew Marc Oltman. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Nancy's name, c/o Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, P.O. Box 730, Payette, ID 83661.
