Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday March 8, 2014 at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel in Payette. Brother Raul Zainz will officiate. A viewing will be from 5-8 PM Friday March 7, 2014 at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel Payette. Condolences may be made to Norberto's family at www.shaffer-jensenchapel.com. Booboo was born to Norberto S Guadalupe Rayo on December 22, 1982 in Ontario, OR. He is survived by his parents, his wife, Maria Rayo "Mer"; four children, Alize, Alina, Alyssa and Alakai; four siblings, Lupita, Celeste, Debra, and Noe. He enjoyed playing basketball outside with the family kids, playing X-Box games, watching his favorite Oregon Ducks, or cuddling with his pets, those furry friends of his. The most important pastime for him was to spend time with his wife and children. They watched movies, went bowling, and fishing while enjoying the outdoors. However, at times a tough strong guy, he was very much like a big teddy bear, he was loving and caring and when it came to his family he was very emotional towards them. His cheerful personality and undeniably funny ways easily drew people in along with his conversations and funny jokes. With his loud laugh that instantly lit up a room; he had a natural way that will be missed. He is deeply loved by his family and will forever be remembered by those who knew him. He will be truly missed and forever be in our hearts - with much love - the Rayo's.Norberto Enoc "booboo" Rayo, age 31 passed away, Sunday, March 2, 2014 at his home in Payette.
