Patrick Lee Bowman

Patrick was born in Beloit, Wisconsin on October 22, 1942 to Edgar & Cecil Bowman. His older brother Monte welcomed him into their home. He attended schools in the Los Angeles School system and graduated from Westchester High School in 1960. He joined the U.S. Army in 1961 and served for 3 years, receiving an honorable discharge in 1964. Patrick moved to Idaho Falls in 1977 and went to work for the Idaho Department of Transportation. He remained with them until his retirement in 2004. He loved sports of all kinds, and was an avid NFL fan. At his best he was well loved by all those who knew him. Patrick is survived by his daughter Sandra L. Bowman and a son Patrick C. Bowman, both of Tehachapi, California. Grandchildren Jaicy and Emily Bowman also of Tehachapi, California, and a brother Monte (Donna) of Boise. He was preceded in death by his parents. Private family services will be held at a later date.Patrick L. Bowman, 69 passed away on Thursday December 29, 2011 at Turtle and Crane Assisted Living Center in Idaho Falls.
