Paula Benon Spencer

February 26, 1946 - May 12, 2012 Paula Spencer passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012 from complications due to Cellulitis. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her earthly family, mother Halley Spencer; brother, Michael P. Spencer; nieces, Amy Bolton, Michelle Reese and Kenna Slater; nephews, Steve Bolton, Nick Slater and Will Reese. She was also surrounded in thought and prayer by her brother-in-law, D. Dale Slater; her nieces, Holly Robinson, Crystal Rhoades, Ashlee Burnham and Melanie; her nephews, Cameron Robinson, Robert Zermino and Bo White; 17 great nieces, 9 great nephews and 1 great-great nephew, Jude.
A comment made by one of Paula's cousins, Joe Cheney, sums up Paula's love for life and enjoyment of people when he said, "His memories of Paula, always included her spending time with the younger kids, having fun and making them laugh. Another friend, Kathleen put it "And boy could she laugh". A celebration of Paula's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 18, 2012 at the Gooding L.D.S. Church, 1228 Main Street in Gooding. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery. A viewing for family and friends will take place on Thursday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at White Mortuary, 136 4th Ave. East, Twin Falls as well as one hour prior to the services at the church. Services are under the direction of Trent Stimpson and staff at White Mortuary, Chapel by the Park, Twin Falls.
