Roger Wayne Cushman

Roger Wayne Cushman, 65 of Ucon, passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 4, 2016. Roger was born on March 20, 1950 in Idaho Falls to Chester Gene and Donna Jean (Titmus) Cushman. In his life, he worked a full career for the Union Pacific Railroad, as a private plumbing contractor around the area, and most recently as a Planner at the INL. He was a respected master plumber and always worked with an unwavering commitment to quality and had expert technical writing skills. He also took great pride in mentoring others in his professions. He married Amy Mitchell on August 26, 1993 in Idaho Falls and they were blessed with three children: Mitchell, Nicole and James of Idaho Falls. Roger is also survived by his other children: Tina (Joe) Selensky , Beckie (James) Dragone, both of New Jersey, Josh (Christie) Cushman of Pocatello, ID and daughter Jennifer Cushman (partner Britney Schneider) of Burley, ID; seven grandchildren; three brothers: Michael, Gary (Mona) and Todd (Marlene) Cushman and one sister: Cathy (Brad) Alleman.
