Samuel James Lindley Jr.

Samuel James Lindley Jr., age 84, of Aurora, CO, formerly of Ontario, OR passed away, surrounded by immediate family on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013 in Cherry Creek Nursing Center, in Aurora, CO. A visitation for family and friends will be Friday, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Feb. 1, 2013 and followed by 10:00 a.m. Saturday Feb. 2, 2013 funeral service, at the Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, New Plymouth, ID. Samuel James Lindley Jr. was born on Oct. 12, 1928, in Durham, OK to Samuel James Lindley Sr. and Laura Belle (Kirby) Lindley. He grew up during the 1940's in Harper, OR. He married Eva Jean Crabtree Sept. 18, 1949 and they were married for nearly 60 years. Surviving are three children Dennis Merle Lindley, Ronald Wayne Lindley, Teresa Neoma Tipton, and one brother Merle Edward Lindley. Their extended family consists of seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Samuel James Lindley will be laid to rest beside his sweetheart Eva Jean at Parkview Cemetery in New Plymouth, ID.
