Tim J. Wangler

Timothy Joel Wangler, 59 of Twin Falls passed away on Saturday May 1, 2010. Tim was born on April 28, 1951 in La Jolla, California to James and Colleen (Whiesnhunt) Wangler. Tim grew up in San Diego, California then spent a short time in Las Vegas, Nevada and then eventually moved to Steam Boat Springs, Colorado as a very young man. He moved to Pocatello and started college to become an LPN. After graduation Tim raised his two sons and he worked at a Pocatello hospital and a Mental Health Hospital before moving to Twin Falls in 1990 when he went to work at Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in the ICU. Tim worked in the ICU at Magic Valley Regional Medical Center for 19 years before becoming ill. Tim married Belinda Milam in 1997 and the two of them started raising their granddaughter in 2005. Tim is survived by his loving wife Belinda Wangler of Twin Falls, Idaho; brother Daniel Wangler of Nevada; Sons Mason Wangler of Montana, Mitchell Wangler of Twin Falls and Peter (Kayla) Wangler of Twin Falls; one grandson on the way Timothy Wangler. Tim is also survived by his granddaughter Layla Wangler who is the light of his life. Tim is preceded in death by his parents; brother's Steven Wangler, Patrick Wangler, Jeffrey Wangler; and one nephew Andrew Wangler. A Celebration of Tim's Life will be held on Saturday May 8, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 910 Shoshone E, Twin Falls. A Special thank you to Dr. Ippollito, Alliance Hospice, Lois Brookshire, Mitch Wangler, Della Prara, Chris McFall, St. Luke's magic Valley staff and doctors, Dave Kissenger and all the "Car Guys". In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Tim's memory to his granddaughter Layla Wangler's College fund at any First Federal Bank.
