VeLynne Iverson

On Feb. 14, 2013 VeLynne Sampson Iverson was taken from this world. The strength of character she lived with and taught those who knew and loved her will live on forever. VeLynne was a great woman who touched so many lives for good with her warm heart, strong personality, and motherly care. VeLynne was born July 18, 1947 in Delta, UT. When she was 19 years old VeLynne married her soulmate, companion, and best friend Warren Iverson. For the next 46 years VeLynne and Warren raised two beautiful daughters and six amazing grandchildren. VeLynne just celebrated her 20 year milestone in the Walmart accounting office. She was planning so many things with her husband and grandchildren after her retirement this coming May. VeLynne is survived by her husband Warren Iverson, her daughters Shauna Martarano (Victor) and Karlee Barber (Andy), and her grandchildren, Jarica, Joey, Jaydin, Jacey, Kyra, Kannon, and Kolsen (due May 18th). She also is survived by her brothers Dennis (Caroline) and Blair (Debbie) Sampson and myriad family and friends who she loved dearly. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 19th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Fruitland. Friends may visit from 10 to 10:45a.m. prior to the services. Interment will follow at Park View Cemetery, New Plymouth.
