William "Bill" Claude Black, 66, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015, at his home in Rigby. He was born on May 10, 1948, in Idaho Falls, to William Warren and Lorraine Pearl Womack Black. He graduated from Idaho Falls High School and graduated from the College of Idaho with a Bachelors of Science. He married Angela Dona Bowen and later married Kay Lovell. He recently retired as a laboratory scientist from Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He enjoyed wood working. There was nothing that he couldn't fix or build. Survivors include his wife, Kay Black of Rigby; sons, Tony (Lisa) Black of Rigby, Matt (Panchita) Black of Ashton, Morgan Meacham of Idaho Falls, Jaesen (Trecie) Meacham of Concrete, Washington; daughter, Jeniece (Brett) Olive of New Orleans, Louisiana; sisters, Patricia Wilkinson and Terri (Bill) Fohrenck, both of Idaho Falls; brothers, Greg (Robin) Black and Mike (Marcy) Dale, both of Idaho Falls; thirteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his first wife Angela Bowen. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2015, at Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th Street in Idaho Falls. A Graveside service and burial will follow in the Squirrel Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
