Kathy Lyn Thomson

She was born November 17, 1964, in Idaho Falls, the daughter to Richard Howard Rogers, and Carolyn Janae Rogers. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Bonneville High School. On August 26, 1984 she married Dan Charles Regan Jr. her 1st husband. They spend 11 years together and had two daughters. She later married her 2nd husband Ray Thomson and they spent 9 years together. Kathy was homemaker, a mother, managed Tramps gas station, spent time working for the Bonneville County Sheriff office, and spent many years working for trucking companies in their administration offices. She later found joy in helping people with special needs and worked for home care services. Kathy enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, fishing, camping, huckleberry picking, sewing, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with kids and grandkids. Survivors include her daughters, Janae Lyn (Tyler) Webb of Idaho Falls, and Trista Ann Marie(Zach Perez) Regan of Idaho Falls; Father of daughters, Dan Charles Regan Jr. of Idaho Falls; Brother, Steven Earl Rogers, of Idaho Falls; three grandchildren, Harrison Garr, Emilie Regan, and Aubree Lynn Webb of Idaho Falls; and 6 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Mom, Carolyn J. Rogers, her dad, Richard H. Rogers, her sister, Lori Ann Puckett, and a brother Barry R. Rogers. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2015, at Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th Street in Idaho Falls. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
