Lela Marie Hudson

Idaho Falls- Lela Marie Baker Hudson, 81, long time resident of Idaho Falls, died April 11th, 2017 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of natural causes.
She was born December 1st, 1935, in Belmont, Ohio to William H. and Mary Alice Rush Baker. She Moved to Idaho at a very young age. She attended schools in Shelley , Idaho Falls and graduated from the Blackfoot high school in 1953.
On April 2nd 1953 she married Ellis D Anderson of Moreland, Idaho, later divorced in 1971.
On January 7th 1972 she married Frank Taylor Hudson of Bowling Green, Kentucky, later divorced in 2001. She was active in the Calvary Baptist Church, she sang in the choir and was the music librarian for several years.
She enjoyed music, crocheting, embroidery, oil painting and all kinds of arts and crafts. She also enjoyed fishing and camping. She loved her family and was devoted to her 7 children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; they filled her life to the fullest with love and happiness. Survivors include her children; Michael D Anderson (wife, Donna) of Huntsville, Utah, Kathy Marie Hymas of Blackfoot, Idaho, Bruce Lee Anderson (wife, Teri) of Iona, Idaho, Lorrie Anderson of Idaho Falls, Connie J Covert of Idaho Falls, Vickie Rae Carter of Helena, Montana, 26 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, one half-sister Ina Horn of Salmon, Idaho.
She was preceded in death by her parents, adopted brother, Don Bowen of Earp, California, grandparents, 2 sons and 1 daughter.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 15th at 10:00am at Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home, 825 E 17th St Idaho Falls, Idaho, with Pastor Todd Wood officiating.
The family will meet with friends from 6pm to 8pm the evening before services and one hour before services. Burial will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery.
